Annual Open Enrollment – 2012 Plan Year

The University of Utah’s Annual Open Enrollment for the 2012 Plan Year will run through May 18, 2012.

The 2012 Plan Year is July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Changes and enrollments made during Open Enrollment will be effective on July 1, 2012, the first day of the 2012 Plan Year.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to enroll in the Health Care Plan, change your medical and/or dental options, add or remove dependents, and/or enroll in a Flexible Spending Account. It is also your opportunity to enroll or cancel your participation in the Group Legal Plan.

Watch for your Open Enrollment packet in the mail to learn what is happening for the upcoming year. Open Enrollment communications also are available here.

Want to know if you have completed the WellU requirements to receive the discount for the 2012 Plan Year? Check the WellU Completions online report here and log in using your University ID number and CIS password. You will be able to see the dates that your eligible services were completed.
