The University of Utah Alumni Association and The MUSS (Mighty Utah Student Section) are continuing to fight hunger at this critical time of year, through the United Against Hunger Food Drive. The food drive, now in its 21st year, runs through the end of November, and all donations support the Utah Food Bank.
With your donation, the University community can continue to provide the support that hungry Utah families have relied on over the years. Over the past five years, Utah supporters have donated almost 1,800,000 pounds of food and approximately $400,000.
Donating is easy. You can make a secure online monetary donation by clicking here. The Utah Food Bank can turn $1 into $8 worth of goods and services. Or you can drop off non-perishable food items at the Alumni House, located at 155 S. Central Campus Drive.
The MUSS was recently recognized by NCAA.com as the fourth-ranked student section in the nation. But The MUSS wants to be known as more than just staunch Utah fans by helping people in need during the holiday season. We ask you to join us and reflect our school pride by donating to this important effort.
